Project Summary

In this project, once employee shift plans are transferred into the system, personnel who have not checked in by the latest allowed arrival time for a shift are automatically detected. The application then sends an SMS notification to inform them that no check-in has been recorded.

Each notification is stored as a record inside the system. Then, if needed, excuse leave can be entered through the program and transferred to STARKOM PDKS as an excuse record. This creates a single flow for both real-time warning and operational follow-up.
