Maintenance Management Project (Integrated Warehouse Management)

A support application where opened fault requests fall onto the relevant maintenance department screens, the process becomes visible as soon as the fault record starts, and materials used in maintenance are linked through integrated warehouse management.

ScopeMaintenance management, work order tracking, fault traceability, and integrated warehouse management
Problem SolvedVisibility and cost tracking remained weak because faults, actions, responsible staff, and used materials could not be followed within one flow.

Project Summary

The system displays opened fault requests on the large screens of the relevant maintenance department and makes the process visible from the moment the fault record is created. It tracks which machine failed, what maintenance actions were performed, and which personnel were involved within a single structure.

With integrated warehouse management inside the application, support materials used during maintenance are tracked through barcode-based in-out movements. Items leaving the warehouse must be linked to the related fault record. This ensures technical traceability and makes it possible to track material consumption and cost per fault.

  • Real-time monitoring of fault records and maintenance flow
  • Tracking of machines, equipment, actions, and responsible personnel
  • Linking barcode warehouse movements to the related fault record
  • Cost visibility based on material consumption
