Staff Shuttle Vehicle Management (Orhanoğlu Turizm)
This mobile application was developed for Orhanoğlu Turizm to help companies monitor staff transportation operations, shuttle vehicles, drivers, and employee pickup processes through a single mobile and web-connected structure. It combines company setup, employee groups, stops, vehicle flows, and live movement tracking in one solution.
Project Summary
The workflow starts by defining the customer company, its employees, and shuttle stop information. Users then install the app and log in by selecting their relevant group. From that point on, shuttle entry and exit times, route movements, and live location data are collected automatically and can be reported through a web interface used by company officers and transport operations teams.
For employees, the app shows the assigned stop, when the service vehicle is expected to arrive, and how to contact the transport provider. Company officers can monitor the vehicles assigned to their organization and see entry and exit times. Drivers and transport teams can follow tasks assigned to the driver-vehicle pair, route status, and service entries made for each company. Orhanoğlu managers can switch between companies and review all operational details centrally.
This structure turns shuttle transport into a transparent digital process shared by the transport company, the customer company, and the field teams. As a result, delays, uncertainty, and coordination gaps are reduced, while visibility and service quality improve for all stakeholders.
