Teknopass PDKS
Teknopass PDKS is a mobile attendance control application that digitizes employee check-in and check-out flows through QR scanning, live location validation, and central records. Employees can manage entry, exit, break, manual entry, and leave processes from their phones while the system verifies the real field location of every scan.
Project Summary
The application allows employees to record check-in and check-out actions by scanning a QR code. It supports multiple entry points for the same company and sends the phone’s live location together with the scan event. If the distance between the QR code’s defined location and the current device position exceeds the allowed tolerance, the action is rejected and the user is warned. This confirms that the employee is physically present at the intended checkpoint.
Teknopass PDKS works fully integrated with the central Personnel Attendance Control System. Mobile attendance data can be transferred automatically into the main attendance platform and the web management panel, making payroll, shift, and attendance calculations possible from a single data source. The solution can also be deployed directly in the customer’s own infrastructure when required. QR-controlled turnstiles and barriers can be triggered from the mobile scan flow, making the app part of the physical access control process.
The strongest use case is field-based workforce tracking in construction sites or temporary work areas where electricity or dedicated terminals are not available. In such environments, a QR code is enough to capture digital attendance records. The web management portal complements the application with employee definitions, location management, leave processes, and reporting.
