Textile Dyehouse Management Software
This application was developed for textile dyehouse operations and manages the full flow from warehouse intake to production, batch planning, recipe control, quality operations, and shipment preparation. Barcode-driven process transitions enforce production according to plan, improve operational visibility, and strengthen traceability across the plant.
Project Summary
The software starts with warehouse and stock entries for materials that will enter production, then manages batching and planning in a centralized flow. Once a batch moves into production, barcode-supported transitions force the execution of process steps according to the defined plan. This reduces manual mistakes, improves discipline on the floor, and helps the operation run more efficiently.
Recipes used in dyeing and ram processes are stored and tracked in detail. The system keeps a traceable history from dye lot and production recipe to the resulting fabric quality, lot information, and every recorded action. After production, quality control operations continue inside the same structure. Kilogram and meter data coming from quality control machines support fast and accurate barcode label generation. Batch-based quality checks, error registrations, and shipment preparation are handled together, making complete and efficient dispatch possible.
- Warehouse entries, stock flow, and batching operate in one system
- Barcode-driven transitions enforce planned production on the shop floor
- Recipe and quality data are captured during dyeing and ram operations
- Meter and kilogram data from control machines feed labeling workflows
- Pre-shipment quality and error handling are accelerated in one structure
