WEB PDKS

WEB PDKS is a high-volume integration project that collects employee check-in and check-out activity through web interfaces, lets responsible staff review the records, and then sends approved data into the payroll system.

Project Summary

The project collects check-in and check-out records for more than 7,000 employees from nearly 300 different points through web-based screens. Responsible staff at each location can review incoming records, fix missing or inconsistent entries, and prepare them for the central workflow.

Once the review is completed, the data is sent to the payroll integration layer. This creates a single operational structure for large organizations where shift planning, past records, entry-exit correction, and barcode-based attendance screens are all managed together.

WEB PDKS is especially valuable for high-volume, multi-location operations. Web-based attendance entries from local points feed the central payroll and reporting processes, improving visibility, control, and payroll readiness.
